I Look Forward to Enlisting

went for army open house to cover for Oops! today, and i must say it was a positive experience.
many of those who know me would know that i have a deep phobia when it comes to serving the nation.

but now i think it may actually be quite a fun time during the 2 wasted years!

We had a personal guided tour simply because "press" always get preferential treatment.
i love writing for magazines because i somewhat believe that the people whom you are writing about take the word "writer" and it translates it into "person who can define my fate", so they treat you with utmost imporatance. Butmaybe again Jerome was just really a nice guy who coincidentally graduated from the same sec sch and poly as jacob and myself were from.

anyway, we got to shoot live rounds (which i gt a perfect score and a marksmenship badge due to my perfect firing skills :P), played paintball, ate ration packs which i think tastes really good and got to ride in a light strike vehicle which was amazingly fun but also dirty as hell. The back dust from the convoy vehicle in front kicked huge amount of dust from the dry ground and my shades, bagpack and possibly my whole body was covered in dust by the time we turned back :(
NOT COOL!

anyway, i read a lot of this "post 5 weird things bout yourself" on blogs and i thought it'll be fun to do one, so i start to think and then i realise :

IM NOT THE FUCKING WEIRD ONE! YOU GUYS ARE!

just because i do something differently doesn't make me weird! it makes me special :P

and i cant hide how excited i am with the Bad Obsession album. The songs are 90% completed and artwork is in progress!
