Thunder
sch is getting to be a big drag.
i still love going to sch cos of my friends and the shit that we do there.
i think im happiest there cos i can be absolutely myself without worrying bout anything.
but the workload is getting really tough plus the fact that i have to dodge lecturers who keep hounding me to cut my hair.
i wont say i'm a good student academically but i ve only skipped a total of only TWO days in all 3 years of poly and probably have been late maybe 5 times?
no bad records, and i think i ve contributed my fair share toward course events and stuff.
yet they have to chase me day in and day out to cut my hair even though i ve submitted letters from labels seeking cooperation and excuse for me to keep it!
talk bout being open and understanding toward the needs of students.
the director didnt even bother to read the letters when i initially submitted it to him.
i mean, i understand that rules are rules, but what does hair have to do with my conduct as a student!?
12 weeks! 12 weeks is all that i have left in sch and my aim now is to stay happy and be the way i am till intern!

so after lessons i was in the DMS digitizing the 1/5 of the bad obsession tapes.
took 50 mins for one tape and when i was saving it, the mac fucking crashed!
ugh!!!!!!!!
utter annoyance.
left immediately for jamming with aphonia but left after 20 mins to snakeweed to record parts for a song titled "Thunder".
finished guitars last week but today was for vocals and keyboards.
was supposed to sing a few lines in it but didnt in the end cos there wasnt much time left after amanda did keyboards and the rest had to finish the main vocal parts.
it was initially an astroninja song but it is now going to be a song dedicated to Wayne.
The weirdest shit is that this song is actually about "goodbyes" and the drum tracks were ironically the very last tracks that wayne recorded.
u guys will probably hear the song on radio next week or something.
it has a whole tonne of people on it.
Levan (astroninja), Inch (allura), Don (swala evol), caracal boys, zaki (peepshow), may lin, syed (wgb), amanda (electrico) and myself all contribute parts to the song.
