i love my mum

i ve always thought of my mum as superwoman. like literally superwoman.

she'd be the one who can always find things that i can never ever find, be the one to cook me lunch and get me breakfast, wash my clothes, clean the house, buy me dinner and yet still be able to hold a 9-6 office job.

she's the one who taught me how to ride a bike, taught me to swim though she herself cldnt swim.
taught me math, taught me science and taught me techniques to make my writing interesting which i have since developed into a valuable skill that i often use in my freelance work.

she's the one who shows me that whatever happens in life will happen and that the only thing we can do is to make life more happy for ourselves and our loved ones.
she's the one who never fails to nurse me back to good health when im ill, cook soup for me to build up my resistance, make me eat disgusting porridge when i have a fever and but she is also the one that i can never feign illness to in order to skip school back in the pre-poly days.

she's the one that supports me no matter what my hobbies were and are.
she's the one that bought me my first yoyos which eventually lead to my collection of over a hundred yoyos which are now gathering dust at home.
the one that bought me my first guitar which has lead to me playing in a kickass band right now.

she's the one who made me realise there is so much more to life.
the one whom is always motivating me to pursue my dreams and to think smart and not let fuckers around cheat me and also not to let sluts cheat my money in the future:) :) :P

she's the one whom would eat a $2 lunch just so that she could buy me a $50 dinner.
and also the one who would suddenly surprise me with things that i have wanted so badly.

i rmbed that she suddenly popped up with a minolta SLR when i first entered photography.

today, while looking at her in the bus, i realised how much my mum has aged and that she's actually just as vulnerable as any other person on this earth. (rmb i said i always thought of her as a literal woman of steel!)

it actually hurts me a lot to see that she's always stressed and tired out cos of her work and the fuckers at work that are creating trouble for her.

my mum has dedicated 18 yrs of her life and counting to me and sometimes i really regret the times when i throw tantrums and do other stupid things to hurt her.
so from today onwards im gonna strive to be a better son!

k, im tired.
but i love my mum :)
